Duncan is a veteran of the real estate transaction arena with over 30 years of experience as a broker, buyer, seller, developer, entrepreneur, and real estate attorney. Duncan’s law practice focuses primarily on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, Landlord and Tenant lease representation, financing transactions, and related real estate transactions. His practice also includes the representation of commercial lenders and borrowers, residential developers and builders, as well as general business law, including entity formation and contract negotiations.
His wide-ranging skill set, mixed with his experience-based perspective, makes him a truly rare find.

Duncan is admitted to the Virginia Bar but is not admitted to the Florida Bar.
