Our Team

Rachel K. Lipkis is an attorney with extensive experience handling both civil litigation and transactional matters.  Ms. Lipkis primarily focuses her practice on a wide range of real estate transactions and commercial disputes. 

 

Previously, Ms. Lipkis worked in the New York City office of a premier law firm where she practiced general civil litigation, including appellate advocacy.  Ms. Lipkis has experience handling complex matters from inception to resolution.  She has represented a wide range of clients and has demonstrated success in achieving both early resolution of sophisticated matters and favorable outcomes for her clients. 

 

Ms. Lipkis obtained her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.  She holds a M.A. degree from New York University and a B.S. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated with majors in Management, Marketing, International Business and Art History.  

 

During law school Ms. Lipkis served as Articles Editor for the Case Western Reserve Journal of International Law.  She was involved with the Milton A. Kramer Community Development Clinic where she analyzed the use of tax credits on neighborhood development and revitalization projects as well as assisted non-profit organizations in the incorporation process. 

 

Ms. Lipkis is admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia and Washington D.C. and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York, the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
