Gary M. Singer, Esq.
Gary M. Singer is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is Board Certified as an Expert in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar. Gary M. Singer is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council, is a Council Member for the Gerson Lehrman Group, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Keiser University. He is a Member Agent of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Stewart Title Guaranty, Title Resources Guaranty Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance. He was born in the Bronx and was raised in eastern Long Island, New York. Gary M. Singer moved to Florida in 1989 with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Petty Officer and Boatswain with the Coast Guard's prestigious Tactical Law Enforcement Team. After serving his country, he earned a Bachelors of Science degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University after transferring from SUNY at Stony Brook, and a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. Gary M. Singer was the recipient of a full academic scholarship to attend law school, where, along with his many activities, he was served as an Editor of the ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law and a Justice of the Honor Court. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Gary M. Singer began practicing in real estate, estate planning and business law with the Law Offices of Josh N. Bennett in Fort Lauderdale. Several years later, after growing his legal skills under the tutelage of his mentor, he opened the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer in Sunrise, Florida, where he has been diligently serving the needs of his clients ever since. Gary M. Singer is also the President of Garden Home Title, a busy, full service residential and commercial title insurance and closing agency serving buyers and sellers throughout Florida, as well as property owners throughout the nation with an affiliate office in Virginia and partner offices throughout the rest of the country. Gary M. Singer is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Real Estate Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association.

Andrew J. Pascale, Esq.
Andrew J. Pascale is an associate with the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. Mr. Pascale regularly advises clients on a wide range of matters including estate planning, foreclosure defense and contract disputes. Mr. Pascale also has experience in prosecuting foreclosure claims, family law matters, commercial litigation and civil traffic infraction defense. In addition, Mr. Pascale is certified to mediate disputes in Florida's County Courts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Pascale studied business at the University of Central Florida and was Secretary of the Association of Business Law Students at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center. Mr. Pascale worked as a legal intern for Lady of America Franchise Corporation where he assisted the company's general counsel, Jill Ann Cook, with regulatory compliance and studied the day to day operations of the company under its CEO, Gerald Weber. Upon being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008, Mr. Pascale began practicing under the direction of his mentor, Ira F. Markowitz, where he gained the tools necessary to become an effective attorney and counselor at law.

David H. Haft, Esq.
David H. Haft is an associate with the Law Firm of Gary M. Singer, P.A. Mr. Haft practices in the areas of Estate Planning, including the drafting of complex wills and trusts; Taxation, including asset preservation and international tax planning; Real Estate Law and Business and Corporate Law.

Mr. Haft earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Haft earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Haft was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association (ATLA) and hosted the award-winning "Out of Bounds" sports law program on WLAW radio. Additionally, Mr. Haft is currently pursuing a Masters of Law in Taxation, through the University of Alabama's distance learning program. Mr. Haft is admitted to practice law before all State Courts in Florida, all United States District Courts of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Haft currently resides in Hallandale Beach, and recently married Emily Haft, a fellow lawyer, in May, 2010.

Duncan M. Black, Esq., of counsel
Duncan Black is an attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is Managing Partner of Duncan Black and Associates. Duncan's practice includes the representation of local, regional and national clients with a focus on commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of real property, leasing, land development and finance. Clients include homebuilders, commercial and residential developers, financial institutions and borrowers. He has significant experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, operating agreements, as well as merger and acquisition documents. Prior to practicing law, Duncan worked in the commercial brokerage field, as a Vice-President of Trammell Crow Company in Boca Raton, Florida and as a commercial real estate broker for Metropolitan Asset Management and R.L. Travers & Associates in Northern Virginia.

Andrew F. Garofalo, Esq., of counsel
Andrew F. Garofalo focuses his practice on providing legal representation to clients involved in a variety of residential and commercial real estate and business transactions. Mr. Garofalo spent the beginning of his career working for large Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach law firms where he worked on a broad range of complex real estate and business matters. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar.

Mr. Garofalo graduated from Monmouth University in New Jersey with a B.S. in Accounting magna cum laude and received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University's school of law in Fort Lauderdale cum laude. Mr. Garofalo authored and published an article while he was a member of the Nova Law Review's Board of Editors and continues to write and publish articles pertaining to his practice areas. Mr. Garofalo was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001.

He is an active member of the City of Parkland community. He is currently serving a two year term on the City of Parkland Planning & Zoning Board and is the Vice President of Republican Business Network, a political and business organization based in Coral Springs. In addition, Mr. Garofalo serves on the Broward County Bar Association's Professionalism Committee.
